Orders Because Heartland Toolery is focused on original designs and custom work, there is no automated ordering system. Pro: you communicate with a human being and get exactly what you want. Con: there are a few steps to the ordering process. Heartland Toolery appreciates your patronage and will work to make sure you are fully satisfied. Step One: Contact Heartland with your order. Be as specific as you can be in terms of sizes, colors, materials, etc. If you don't know exactly what you want, HT will lay out your options and work up sketches and/or detailed descriptions until you are sure it is what you're looking for. Step Two: HT confirms your order, quotes you a price, gives you an estimated timeline, lays out delivery options, etc. Step Three: You confirm your order by paying for it. In some cases a portion of the total price may be withheld until delivery. For now HT is only accepting checks, money orders and cash but a credit card account is in the workings, although HT is not excited about giving your money to the credit card companies. Step Four: You receive your order and are totally enraptured by what you've caused to be brought into the world and your possession. Or, you invoke the Leather Clad Guarantee! |

Heartland Toolery is very open to haggling and barter. If you think something is too damn expensive, let me know and I will either tell you why it is so expensive, or I will make you a deal. If you have goods or services you think I might be into, offer up a trade. I'm kinky, I like books, I love to learn things, I ride a bike, I like shiatsu... Prices are based on availability and expense of materials. HT is trying to use recycled materials as often as possible, but they are limited and sporadic. Thus, prices may fluctuate somewhat. Heartland Toolery would like to offer a sliding scale for kinksters on a tight budget. Fine-ass toolery is not just for the wealthy. Contact HT to discus discounts and payment options. |

All deliveries within Minneapolis are free and will be conducted by Mistress Mike on hir steed of steel. Orders are also available for pick-up in Minneapolis. Otherwise, all shipping is extra. Heartland will use USPS priority mail unless you indicate a preferred method of shipment. You will only be charged the cost of shipping; no "handling" of your tool will occur until it is in your possession. |
